2. WHAT IS THE TIME COMMITMENT EACH WEEK TO COMPLETE THE PROGRAMME?
Around 4 - 5 hours per week of focused work will get you great results. I will personally hold you accountable and support you, plus you'll have access to me via WhatsApp should you get stuck at any point. The work outside of our coaching sessions will be focused on you doing the homework that comes from our sessions.
You will send me your work to me for feedback and discussion.
